Last June Atlas Survey, LLC completed a plat of survey for David from Mukwonago.  David was buying a property in Mukwonago, Wisconsin and wanted to know the extants of the property.  This survey was very helpful in that it not only showed the boundary of the property but also a number of easements located on the property, especially the fifty-foot wide utility easement running though the middle of the property.  If you are considering buying a new property, a current land survey is an important tool many new buyers neglect to use.  A survey before buying a property can save you not only money, but also a headache later.
